I used Dforce to make the skin collide with the underlying cock which gave me the spiky effect. The rest is Xtreme Penetration Morphs.

Hey Laudanum, will you kindly bless us with some pointers as to your Dforce setup? I've set the G3F figure as a dynamic surface, weight mapped the "affected area", and used Tenstrip's surface settings as a starting place. Setting the knobby knob halfway outside does produce some deformity but it seems to indent the stomach inwards. Completely inside yields no effect.
