It could have been a time specific promotional. For limited time until release. I don't know if it is still available or not. I couldn't find anything on it. But I will tell you this, the product is OMG amazing. Well worth the coin. The core alone has so many options, esp for weird looking peckers. It is definitely a good genital prop.

I wonder, is there a way to get a nice parenting between the K9 product and the Cock-O-Rama for HH Werewolf? It seems like I have to manually adjust the genital to fit in the hole, but I can't seem to get something that looks as good as the promos.

With HH werewolf you need to manually position and/or scale the cock inside the Core after you parented everything.
I still need to make an update for all the cocks so that they fit perfectly with the werewolf.

I browsed through 13 pages and noticed you wrote you aren't allowed to do but perhaps somehow missed the why and a possible workaround. Can you tell us why you aren't allowed? I just wondered, cause it can't be because it's "too sick" or there is a copyright on Daz Dog or horse mesh, isn't it? Can we hope to get it some soon day?
