Looking for a specific kind of ear graft

For anyone who knows about Tokubousentai Dinaranger series, I'm looking for ear grafts that looks like what these characters have. For context, these are humans that have been corrupted by what is basically an alien parasite taking the form of a latex suit (very much like Venom), and the wrinkly ear holes are because the suit flattens their earlobes against their head and travels up into their ear canals into the brain. I can't link an image from e-hentai (and I don't think I can attach files from my PC on this forum?) So for anyone who needs a reference image, search up the e-hentai gallery titled "[Macxe's (monmon)] Tokubousentai Dinaranger ~Heroine Kairaku Sennou Keikaku~ Vol.02 Special Edition [Digital]", and go to Page 46 for the clearest example.
I would just post a URL, but I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't trust a link posted by a brand new user.
