Well hey there... long time no see... did you miss these contests? well worry no more because our contests are BACK and ready for you! Originally this contest was going to be...um...well... let's just say the theme was going to be tied to "FUCK 2020" (you all can use your brains to figure out what the actual theme was to be) But, after some talks (and meetings with HR) we decided to go in a different direction.

We're kicking these contests back off with a new one... so we can't wait to see all the great renders you all submit, but hey, enough of my ranting and raving right?

IT'S TIME FOR THE 2020 FALL RENDER CONTEST!

Starting today Thursday, October 29th till Monday November 30th We want YOU to fire up you're favorite render software and show us your Fall inspired renders! (Autumn colors, trees loosing their leaves, warmer clothing, comfy indoor scenes, in between holidays etc)

READY... SET... GO!

[1] All images must adhere to Renderotica’s Terms of Service. As such, absolutely no images involving bestiality (as defined by the TOS) OR underage models of any kind will be allowed. (IE: NO KIDS PLAYING IN LEAVES) Any image that does not adhere to the TOS will be deleted without notice. For the full definition of the Renderotica TOS, please click (HERE). [2] Participants are allowed to submit up to TWO (2) ENTRIES. Prizes will be awarded on the merit of individual entries, but no single artist shall be selected for more than one winning place (either First, Second, Third or Honorable Mentions).

[3] All entries MUST have an identifiable 'Fall' theme IE: Autumn colors, trees loosing their leaves, warmer clothing, comfy indoor scenes, in between holidays etc and should remember the intent of the contest. Entries can be of any media so long as they do not break the TOS. ABSOLUTELY no child figures should be present in any image. Contest images must be new and may not be presently posted in any other gallery. Images sizes have the same restrictions for image size as the Main Gallery.

[4] The contest shall begin on Thursday, Oct 29th 2019 and shall end at approx 11:59p.m.. (EST) on Monday, Nov 30th, 2020. All times will be American Eastern Standard Time. The contest will be officially opened and closed with opening and closing images posted by Community Manager Teronsuke. Entries posted prior to or after these images have been posted will not be considered for the contest and will be moved to the Main Gallery by a member of staff.

[5] Prize winners shall be announced on or before Friday Dec 11th, 2020 in a forum thread & Blog post specifically created for that purpose. In addition, prize winners may also be listed in the weekly newsletter. All prize winners may claim their prizes by contacting Teronsuke, and must do so no later than Thurs, Dec 31st 2020 or lose all rights to any unclaimed prizes.

The contest will be judged by a panel of judges. All judges’ decisions regarding entry deletions, winner status, and all other aspects of this contest are final and not open to debate or negotiation. Judges will decide on the winners based on (in no particular order)

Adherence to the theme
Composition
Posing
Lighting/Materials

This contest is not open to the judges, or the admins or moderators of Renderotica or any individual offering any prizes used for the contest. All other members in good standing who are using their current login name may enter. Members who have been banned and who enter this contest using another login name will be disqualified. Members who submit multiple entries under more than one username will have all of their entries disqualified.

(1) Simply upload your picture/s to the Contest gallery "2020 Fall Contest" within the deadline dates. That's all there is to it!

Entries submitted before the "Contest Opens" or after the "Contest Ends" images will not be considered for judging and will be removed from that gallery.

Notification of winners and prizes will be by posted in the General Discussions Forum on or before Friday Dec 11th, 2020 by midnight, EST as well as a mini thread in the contest forum and blog entry.

(1) Any contest announcements or updates will also be posted here. It is the responsibility of all contestants to stay updated of contest rules and status.

(2) Prizes must be claimed by Thurs, Dec 31st 2020, midnight, EST. Prizes that remain unclaimed after that time will be forfeit. Winners must contact Teronsuke for all store prizes. Prizes will be awarded in tangible and/or electronic form as per the prize list descriptions.

(3) Prizes may not be substituted for other prizes or cash or credit in the store (unless so noted). Prize designations are final and not open to debate or negotiation.

(4) Prizes may not be transferred to any other person.
