1) what brought you into 3D?
I wanted to create adult & fantasy art, but didn't know how to draw. While researching art classes, I came across an ad for DAZ Studio. The rest was history.
2) How did you choose your nickname?
Its astrological. It came to me as more of a feeling or instinct.
3) How long have you been creating your artwork?
I've been working at 3D Art for a little over a year now. However, it's only been over the last few months that I had my big breakthrough and felt confident about my art.
4) Where do you draw your inspirations from?
It's a combination of sources really. I've always loved pornography (written & visual). I've had an active and somewhat kinky sex life. Finally, I have a vivid imagination. My inspiration comes from all these sources.
5) what are the specs of your render machine?
I use a Dell Alienware PC, with an Intel Core i7-4930K CPU 3.40Ghz. I originally purchased it for PC gaming. I'm addicted to Star Wars The Old Republic. I just got lucky that it's also good for 3d Art.
6) what is your favorite work you’ve created?
My favorite single image comes from my story "St Anastasia Finishing School, Chap 1: Blu In Peril" (and yes I know that is a long name). Natalie is my own creation, and Blu (blond hair) is based on an actual person. She asked me to create a BDSM story about her, and this was the result.

7) Out of all the various art mediums why 3D?
It was easier for me to learn how to create with a 3D program, then to learn how to draw.
8) What are your plans for the future?
My goal is to become good enough that I can sell some of my work. I'd like to be able to make enough money to support this hobby. Buying everything can get a little expensive.
9) who are your favorite artists other than yourself?
Blackadder is my favorite 3D Artist and Incase is my favorite 2D Artist. Someday I would love to be as talented and prolific as these two.
10) If someone reading this wants to start creating their own artwork what words of advice would you give them?
Patience & practice. The software won't make you talented. If you want to be any good, you will need to practice daily. This is going to take some time, so you need to have patience with yourself as you learn & grow.
11) When developing your poses, what's been your most influential source for ideas?
My perverted imagination. I have sexual fantasies all the time. Some of them I share with the world through my work. When I sit at my computer, the analytical part of my brain works out how to use the program resources to turn my fantasies into images I can share.
12) Any hints on what your next project is going to include?
I've started working on a series of collected short stories: "Scorpio69's Taboo Tales." It will include a wide variety of themes some people might consider perverted.
13) Do you have a job outside of 3D or do you consider this your full time occupation?
I'm fortunate to have a great job outside of 3D that pays very well. It allows me the free time to work on my art and feel no financial pressure.
14) With all the recent advancements in 3D technology what excites you the most? What do you dread the most?
The realism of figures and props is becoming incredible. These changes make realistic work possible. This improved realism is a double edged sword. The down side is everything seems a little more expensive, and if you're impatient like me, you will need better and better computers to speed up your render time.
15) Speech time! any final words you have for your, fans and fellow 3D community?
I would just like to thank to fans I've gained on this site. Their words of encouragement have been a huge motivation for me.
