Well I think this is very well done, the lighting is wonderful, and the idea is amazing, don't know why people can't seem to like or comment a little. Would like to see the next one, when these things take her. Hugs

@Darkfall - Renderotica has changed hon, it seems that a lot of people only comment on one another and they are competitive. Anyone can get Daz Studio, shove a couple of bog standard figures in with usually no background and click render and get fabulous results these days. They like to congratulate one another :)

Mind you... admittedly, I have been getting (very) grumpy lately, but then I have two nearest and dearest with stage four cancer so anyone with an ounce of compassion would understand that and forgive me for whining a bit... I do find the whining helps, I can literally feel the stress lifting as I type this :D

My moods are up and down like a whore's drawers, but I promise I will keep posting here and supporting all the artists (regardless of whether they support me... as I have always done), just perhaps not as playfully as I don't feel I belong here any longer.

She looks surprised to overwhelmed. The light coming from the book is great.
An idea on first sight: a bit more bending on the tentacles and it could give a nice anniversary card... ;-) 2125?

This is different from your usual style. I like seeing you work in the fantasy realm. You bring your touch to it. She seems conflicted, like she is repulsed by the monstrosity but also drawn to it. I love it!

Don't be so hard on yourself for being grumpy. Any normal person would be in your situation. A woman I've known since I was a teenager lost her first husband to cancer, remarried and found out this week her new husband has cancer. Life can be very unfair in this way, and we have no control over it.

The lighting is well done! And tentacles are a good thing, although I know they are not the most fun thing to work with when you're putting together an image. So many segments, so many dials to work with...
