Drag the contents of the zip file to your daz studio library. Refresh the software and you are good to go!

All morphs are controlled through a dial and can be combined with morphs from other products. You can find the breast shapes in People/Genesis 8 Female/Shapes/Hyp-St/Bombastic breasts, click on desired preset and continue to work.
