Description
A serial killer haunts Sutter Moor State Park. The targets are couples having an affair; a cheating husband having a tryst in the woods with the other woman. The killer stabs the man and drives the woman into a bog to sink to her death. Some believe this to be the work of a ghost, the Romani woman Lulu who stabbed her husband in 1825, and whose rival disappeared into the bog. Hard-boiled detective Brandy Bloomfield does not believe in ghosts. She knows what real humans are capable of. And yet, it becomes harder to ignore evidence that points to the supernatural.
In this third and final part of the comic, the series of homicides in Sutter Moor State Park continues - and it gets closer to home for detective Brandy Bloomfield. With her career, her friends, and even her life under threat, will our heroine bring the killer to justice?
