the figure will in position on the flogging frame.
 
You can drag the figure to the "frame" node,on "Scene" panel.To parent the figure to the frame.
Will be easier if you want to change the position of the frame.
 
Morphs for handstraps are under "parameter - rigging", to adjust the length,cuffsize for handstraps.
 
The feet cuff of the frame can be open or close.
The "pad" part of the frame can be moved to proper position for different figures.
