fix some minor issues with DS 4.10

NOTES:

Make sure to set limits ON
Poses for V8 are made using Angel Secret's High Heels for G8F. You may use another high heels but you may need to tune up feet poses.
BondageCuffs' parameters are locked in order to avoid weird behavior when mirroring from right side to left side. You must unlock them if you want to adapt them to another character, but it’s good to lock them again when tuned.
