Been trying to place orders for a few items in my wishlist for at least a week or two and every time it gets to the payment page the payment box is blank or black, and it says that payment processing is currently offline. Try again later. But it's been doing that for over a week of attempts. I sent an email asking if the problem will be fixed soon or if there is another issue causing this? but got no reply. Does anyone else see this message on the payment page during checkout? I would think artists here would be concerned since they are trying to sell their products? Thanks.

I assume you are trying to buy comics and or image sets, processing for those products are down because we do not currently have valid processing for them and we have been trying to aquire new processing for comics and image sets, due to the various rules and requirements this is sadly a long process to navigate, we've been posting updates in both the general forums (pinned / announcement threads) as well as inside our Content Artists forums.

While we do not have any type of ETA as to when checkout will be restored for comics and image sets, we are doing everything in our power to get it back up and running.

What email did you send your message to,  I've not gotten anything about checkout not working in the past week or so.
