Hey everyone,

I’m trying to build a reliable workflow for saving and reusing morphs, poses, and animations with Dicktator and Golden Palace, but I keep running into problems — especially with geografts breaking when reapplying presets.

One important detail: I do customize the base figure quite a bit. For example, I’ll widen the pelvis, adjust thigh spacing, and scale anatomy-related morphs. These changes are independent of Golden Palace, which I think is where things start to get messy. Because of that, I can’t just save a Golden Palace preset and expect it to load cleanly onto a different character with a narrower or otherwise different body shape — the graft tends to misalign or distort.

So I’m trying to figure out a better approach. Specifically:

  • How to save morph/shape presets in a way that accounts for both the base figure and the geograft
  • Whether it’s better to save a full character preset vs. separate components
  • Best practices for keeping geografts aligned when transferring to characters with different proportions
  • How to save and reuse pose presets and animations so they behave correctly across different body types

I’m guessing this might involve things like ERC linking, freezing relationships, or saving combined assets — but I haven’t quite found a method that works consistently.

If anyone has a stable workflow for this, especially when heavily modifying the base figure, I’d really appreciate the insight.
