You don't have to do anything with G8F morphs are additive. I often use 3rd party breast morphs with Breastacular (Side bar here the same can't be said for G9 as to get things to work on Breastacular with G9 Meipe had to use rigidity maps so it will block the underlying (Figure Level) morphs so for G9 to work the morphs need to be built in to breastacular) and just use the Breastacular movement (Bones) and nipple morphs. The downside to them being additive is if the character you use has nipple morphs built into the body morph they will interfere with the breastacular morphs. But if using a morph outside of Breastacular you can look at it as you are adding a graft that has higher mesh density and much better nipples topology and nipples options (especially if you get Milkaiser to go with Breastacular)
