How do I upload a picture when asking for help? The "insert image" box does not make sense to me.
How do I upload a picture for my Profile/Avatar?

You can't actually upload an image to your forum posts. You can point to an image that is hosted somewhere else, which is what the Insert Image widget is looking for. So if you have put an image on a service like Google Drive, just add the link address to the URL box and then select "Image" from the drop down. It should give you a sample of the image at that address. Or, alternatively, you can add a Gallery Item. So you can submit an image to the gallery and then link to it in the forum post using the "Insert Gallery Item" widget. Hope this helps.

You can upload an image for your profile from your Account Settings menu.
