I no longer have access to my wishlist.


What happened, does anybody else have this issue?

Thanks for letting us know. We will take a look. Can you email a screenshot of what you are seeing in your account settings to [email protected]? Then we can try to figure out what is wrong.

ok, so it turns out that I still have access to my wishlist, I just have to go to account -> catalog -> wishlist

it used to be that I could make a little menu appear on the upper right corner of the screen, by clicking or hovering over account or my user name, I don't remember it exactly... through that menu I could go to my wishlist directly.

that little menu is gone now, so I guess that's the real question. why is it gone, and is it gone for everyone.

I use apple and Firefox.

Hylas is right, it's nowhere to be found. You used to be able to hover over 'ACCOUNT' at the top right, and you got a dropdown with a lot of options, including the wishlist. Hovering now gets you nothing, and clicking it takes you to a screen with 'global settings' and 'renderotica settings', but no wishlist.

It would appear that Firefox has made a change and it's affecting our site. For me, when I use Firefox, I don't even get the main banners to load on the front page. The dropout menu also isn't working for me in Firefox. However, if I use Chrome OR MS Edge, I can see the main banners on the front page and the drop out menu appears. I'll attach a screenshot of what I just took while using MS Edge. 


I've opened a ticket with our programmers to take a look at what has changed with Firefox and try to get things working again.

It's working for me on Chrome. I had to clear my cache and cookies to do it, but it's working.
