Equipment like Davo's Inquisition devices, and other Davo stuff, or DoctorPervic's Rocking Horse are great for single scenes or ending a story, but for ongoing stories the victims would have distinctive skin markings after removal.
I'd like to see a range of torture marks, for specific equipment or general.
Personally, I'd prefer LIE, rather than geoshells, but that's because I'm too busy/lazy to play around with geoshell clashes. There are some whipping/spanking sets and general pinprick/stabbing marks, but it would take some time to turn them into reasonable matching patterns
