Where do we get support for a download that won't install? I purchased something from Laudanum (twice now actually) and it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them?

There should be a support email address in the readme file included with the product.

I'm just here by mistake, for a friend, for science... anyway you can't prove nuffin'.

If you want to install the product via DIM instead of a manual installation, you have to rename the downloaded .zip file. Laudanum provides a readme.txt where you can copy the original file name. For example, the latest version of Advanced Pussy has the original file name IM00066734-01_AdvancedPussy.zip. Depending on which product you have purchased, the name may differ.

As I said, just look at the readme.txt - either in your download or in the store.
