Are you by any chance using another graft on the the figure with a companion geoshell, or even a stand alone geoshell? If so with how geoshells work it will add the surfaces of the figure and all geografts on the shell, if the presets for the shells don't include a specific surfaces (Say the added surfaces from New Gens in this case) it defaults to the white shell look where the undefined surfaces are. There are a couple ways to fix this depending on the shell being used, if the shell is for another grafted body part then you can simply turn off the visibility of those undefined surfaces on the shell, if the shell is supposed to cover the whole body like Ultimate Skin Moisture 2.0 Pro, a bloody shell, a tattoo shell, a lingerie shell, or a dirty skin shell, then you'll need to copy the nearest match region of the shell to the new surfaces (With most grafts the nearest match surface is going to be the body/torso, but a few you might also need to copy the shells arm or legs as well)

Hi,

Could you share your steps? I used "SYFSG9 00 Skin Pale All Conformers No Anat G9" and then apply NG9, didn't see any problem. But there are too many other options I can't test them one by one. And I fount that this prop has Geometry Shell, but I don't know what are they use for.
