I purchased this prop some time back and never could get it to open. I know that I needed another program to decode the zip folder and I did download 3 different versions of the decoder and none of them worked. Can you please point where I can find it or can we work something else out? Thanks.
PS
The link that was in the readme file didn't work either...

Please note that the vendors support their products. The Satanica Gens are over 12 years old. Did you reach out to him with the email in the README file?
