I have followed the directions and used a unaltered g8 female but still no luck any suggestions would be helpful

Hi,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the product.
Could you please give me more details about the problem?
Did you fit the hair to the shell? Also if you parented the hair prop in order for it to snap to the already posed figure, you should unparent it afterward if you are moving the g8f by the root.
