First off, I hope this help and support also applies to general Daz stuff. Since it's NSFW focussed, I thought the DAZ forum might be the wrong place for this question.

Is there a way (aka which settings and sliders) to make a top work like skintight spandex and show detailed shape of the nipples through it? I know the Contraction with lower values shrinks it, but usually the nipples just start poking through.

Probably the nipples poke because there is not enough polygon density in the clothes. Try subdiving the mesh.

Also make sure under the "Simulation - Collision" settings you change Collision Mesh Resolution from "Base" to "Viewport". Otherwise you can subdivide to your heart's content, but it's going to run the simulation against the same base resolution and give you the same results as you've had.
