If the character only applies as an HD character, then you will not be able to use New Gens with her as third party grafts don't work with HD morphs and Daz will not release the tools needed by third party vendors to make the grafts work with HD characters. If Aurore is released as/has dials to turn off the HD details then you should be able to use New Gens with the standard version.
Another possible issue is if Aurore uses a custom UV, then New Gens wouldn't be usable with Aurore until 3feetwolf was able to make an update for New Gens to have compatibility with Aurore's UV
Though both of these are just speculation on my part, as I don't have Aurore to check if either option is there or needed.

Hi, please try this:
Select NGV8 in the scene panel, then go to the Surfaces panel and select both 'Anus' and 'Genitalia' under 'New Genitalia For Victoria 8'.
Find out 'SSS Reflectance Tint' in the parameter list on the right (This is a hidden parameter, you may need to check 'Show Hidden Properties' in the context menu of the Surfaces panel to see it).
Open the parameter setting window of this parameter, uncheck 'Use Limits', and then set its value to 2.05, 3.00, 3.00.
I tested 3footwolf post and it does work
