Hi,

so I now managed to sculpt the breast, but how do I save all the information?

Some of the information is in parameters and some in shaping, I know how to do the shapes I think, but what is the best way to save the breasts?

And how do I restore them to a new scene / character?

Regards

Don

I'm guessing you are using Daz Studio.

There are a few ways it could be saved depending on how much information you want saved or reloaded when you apply your saved file. Easiest way to save is a scene file which will include everything in the scene (Lights, scenery, figure, morphs, grafts, hair, camera, clothing, etc) Next is scene subset, which allows you to pick what is saved from the scene(I will often save as a scene subset if I want the figure, hair, grafts, textures and shaping to all load automatically, but don't require everything else that a full scene would usually have). Other options would be character preset, which will save all the character settings like textures and morphs together,(if it loads right, depending on the generation of the figure I believe, it will load the base female, textures, and morphs automatically), then you have shaping preset which brings up a pop up which allows you to just save the morphs you select and then there is materials preset which should save the the textures on the figure. (For these presets you must have the base figure pre loaded in the scene and then you apply the preset to the base figure)

Thanks,

yes, I'm using Daz Studio.

So I guess it would be either Scene Subset or character preset for me.

Atm I have just the figure including all the changes I made in a scene, but I don't want to SaveAs all the time 😀

I will also need to look up "How to create your own Character" again perhaps I find some more information for easy management there.

But a big thanks again for explaining the different options.
