I realize this is likely not meant as such, but I'd be careful with lines like this, because they are easy to misinterpret as if the poster felt that the creator owed something to them. My experience is that this often results being put on the ignore list.


Meipe doesn't owe anything to us, and while I doubt this is Meipe's primary revenue stream, I assume the choices are still made based on what sells and what's fun to work with. If it is, then it's even more imperative. 


I doubt that for example porting the G9 Dicktator is as easy as just slapping the dick on a G8 model and calling it done. If it was, there would have been a port already - or maybe I'm wrong here and it's for other reasons.


That being said, I also wish to reiterate my interest in G8 version of the G9 Dicktator.


No pressure though!

A lot of people still use G8 including myself so I'd agree that it shouldn't be abandoned outright. However with G9 it does look like it will get better the more content that comes out for it. I'd imagine that similar conversations happened when G8/8.1 came out when G3 was still at it's peak. There are grafts such as dicktator that just don't need to be ported from G9 to G8 (with the exception of double danglers) as the G8 versions do just as well. With the new storming the palace out for G9, you've basically got a G9 version of futalicious,which id say is actually superior to the G8 version.

I'm just saying that I really like meipe products, they are quality. But I'm worried that he's abandoning G8 and the improvements he made to G9 aren't also there for G8 or the suggestions I had told him.

It'll take It's time but it will get there eventually and I don't think meipe is the type to abandon G8 for G9 simply because it's a newer figure. Plus someone somewhere will often find a workaround for graft problems that meipe may not have thought of. He'll also have a mountainfull of things that need to get done with regards to content as well as looking at our suggestions to see if they're feasibly possible in regards to how much time and effort he needs to put in to make it work and also how popular it's going to be for the people buying it. So far he hasn't disappointed.

Finally managed to get that taildildo from synfulmynds worked in to DAZ. Not perfect as I'm working with a poser graft converted to DAZ and trying to attach it to an 8.1 figure. Hopefully it will be a future project for G8/9

I think that would be out of the realm of my knowledge. Although you could possibly use one of the tentacle or PenTentacle as its called products to achieve that kind of result.

Hey Meipe. I hope you don't mind me asking this, but since your products are universally used by everyone across multiple generations now you would know best. Do you find people are buying g9 more? Are people still buying g8? I know so few people who use g9, but I figured you might be able to give more insight on who is using what. I've been wondering if g9 is taking off at all, especially since we're now at like 18 months post launch.
