Susan B. Anthony and Martin Luther King would beg to differ. It was the right thing to do, it was achieved without their advocates resorting to violence, and it certainly didn't maintain or expand the power of the ruling class of the day. The gays and lesbians had a similar message: to be treated equally before the law, and as you pointed out earlier, same-sex marriage is now legal pretty much everywhere and has been for some time. They're free to love whomever they want, to marry, to raise children, and to access all the rights and privileges accorded to married hetero couples.

Justice already exists for the black man. It's already against the law to assault and murder people, even back in the days when the Klan was something to be reckoned with. Those laws just weren't applied equally, which is what men like King were fighting for and eventually achieved. The Klan hasn't been anything but a joke and a boogeyman for something like half a century now, usually whipped out by someone attempting to shut down rational debate on race-related topics once they start to lose the argument. If actual racism was such a prevalent force in our society today, hoaxsters like Jussie Smolett wouldn't have to manufacture their own attacks, now would they?

If you're truly after justice -- where in the end, everyone is treated equally before the law, regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation, etc., etc., etc. -- then you don't need a pre-qualifier appended to it.

One doesn't have to necessarily be a master at something to be prone to it. Look at Eric Clanton (AKA Bike Lock Dude) or Jordan Hunt (AKA Cuck Norris, the hairdresser who tried to roundhouse kick the cellphone out of a pro-life demonstrator's hand and ended up striking her instead), or the assholes who block highways and attack the cars that try to get through. People like them think their emotions are objective reality, that their feelings justify their violence, and they often gather in mobs in order to commit that violence, because on a 1-on-1 basis, they get their asses handed to them like the idiot last week who tried to block an SUV on his own, pounded on the side with a club as it went past, and then got curb stomped by the driver who was in no mood for that shit. In the UK legislation sneaked through which makes images of face-sitting illegal, but allows images of fellation. It is an absurd situation because such things are practices of consenting adults many of whom probably passed the legislation. I grew up when homosexuality (not in itself an offensive term imo) was illegal - at least, between men (lesbianism was simply not on the legal map). Today only extremists would argue that gay people should be locked up (well, for being gay, anyway). I thought we were becoming freer and more liberal, but instead the pendulum is starting to swing back. I have viewed the USA as a model of freedom of expression, beliefs and activities, but it appears to be closing down ther, and where the USA goes the UK often follows, even if it is ill-advised.

In what way is the U.S. becoming more regressive? Could you explain? What rights are being denied or taken away? You're going to have to clarify what you mean.

I follow your train of thought and am sympathetic to parts.  My apologies if you thought I was in pursuit of justice.  I have respect for those who are and our interests may at times align but justice has never been a primary objective for me.  I've often observed justice sought out of self-interest.  Nothing wrong with that, it's just that if self-interest was my thing I'd probably be a member of the US Chamber of Commerce or ALEC or something.  I was really struggling to organize my thoughts previously.  A wee bit too much DHEA, caffeine, pseudoephedrine severe fatigue, sleep deprivation etc.  Like an unstable overclock the results were less than desirable.  I can't just be sick like a normal person.  Always a battle with me.  Spoiler alert; I loose this one but I have to stick around for a while longer as I have obligations.  My intention was to illustrate a difference between working within the confines of an established legal system Vs a declaration that pays no mind to the current system that a change is going to occur regardless of current laws or public opinion.  The change is inevitable but it's up to those in power to decide how long they wish to fight it (counter-revolutionaries / reactionaries / conservatism / neoliberalism / totalitarianism / authoritarianism / insert here ism, but it is going to happen.  It's not an ask.  There are no buts.  No exemptions.  No compromises.  Victory is imminent as the clock favors progress as you correctly pointed out.  Generations will die and with them their superstitions, prejudices, and feckless outrage will die too.  Eventually the declaration that once seemed radical and unimaginable will become a societal norm, and then the next, and the next, and so on.  This is the dance we do over and over.  It's not even worth the effort to get all that riled up over the battles (the micro) when you're playing a game that has 1,000 year innings (the macro).  Yesterday I heard talking heads express their outrage at Billy Barr's (current US AG) statement in which he appears to make a thinly veiled threat that if people fail to be adequately obedient in his eyes law enforcement may not be around for them.  I thought of the film Suffragette.  There's a scene in which the protagonist states something to the effect of - if you wish us to respect the law make the law respectable.  That was all.  A brief recollection of a scene from a film then I moved on.  Mr Barr isn't the first and he certainly won't be the last of his kind but just because there's snow on the road and you have to drive a bit more cautious for a while doesn't mean you don't drive.  I do take a moment to celebrate a victorious battle when they occur.  When I was a teenager I was told by a member of the law enforcement community whom I genuinely regarded as a decent man that I had no rights and cannabis would never be legal here.  So I made a declaration and unlike most of the things I will get this one occurred in our back yard during my lifetime.  So me being human I took a moment to celebrate.  Any day something happens that would trigger Nixon sending him into a profanity laced red-faced tirade is a good day for humanity.  Speaking of triggered don't let people who get easily triggered trigger you.  It kind of self-canceling.  I don't want you becoming a black hole or an inverted meat man.  I'm super angry at people who say they're super angry kind of thing going on there.  And if bathrooms have your blood pressure up try focusing on something else... like a real problem?  A trick I use is I think of all the unexploded ordinance left over from us officially not bombing Cambodia.  Jazz hands however are highly offensive and should be banned from the universe.  I can't think of anything more appalling than jazz hands.  You've got a lot of micro pop culture things going on here.  I can do the Smollett thing because it was so weird.  I've got nothing other than I was like 1. who is Jussie Smollett and 2. why is this happening?  Is he experiencing a sort of buffer-overflow?  Is it a boot loader issue?  He should open-source his code so we can have a peak at what's going on there.  Something is definitely off.  In the spirit of maintaining balance I see your Jussie Smollett craziness and raise you one Dylan Roof interrogation video. Yeah.  That thing is technically a member of our species.  We need a lot of work.

..and all of this began with porn content being banned from a platform which is pretty much a dead, rotting carcass by now.
Tumblr didn't want it anymore? Fine. It's migrated to some other places. One might take notice that Twitter didn't make that
mistake (at least for now). *deleted* is trying to be douchey about it too and gets bitchslapped from time to time in that regard.
Places like Pixiv and *deleted* for example have gotten a big intake as a result, too.
Porn is invincible and long after the bones of the whiners have whitened under a scorching sun, it will still thrive. Prohibition
never works in the long term and we know it. Oh and by the way, suppression of something a group doesn't like often results
in strengthening that something. An example? If religions and bigotry hadn't taken over social order and declared, at some
point, that sex ws something that needed to be hidden, well... Porn wouldn't be needed and wouldn't exist in the first place.
So, well done.
Rule 34 reigns supreme :3

Agreed. God forbid that a minor sees a tit on TV, but let's put the bank shootout on a rolling loop on the 5 o'clock news...

Actually, I must apologize there.I wrote "Renderotica" for the stupidest reason of all: I had that word on screen right under my nose and let my mind wander a bit.
I intended to write "P.a.t.r.e.o.n". I am sorry for the confusion it might have caused.

*addendum* something very strange just happened. I wrote the word "P*treon" properly and in full it seems... you see, when I first published this erratum I tried to write the "P*treon" word and the system replaced it with Renderotica! Writing the P word with additional or substitution character works, as you can see. So... I think there is either a bug or an intended hidden mechanism which doctors some of the words we type. Strange isn't it?

Probably doe to the fact that some members (former members maybe?) drop teaser images and redirect links to their (Insert bad P word her) pages to make money so the admins have blocked the word's usage here at rotica.  If the people doing this want to make money off of Renderotica, then they need to add product to the Renderotica store for sale.

BTW, whi did this year old thread get reopened after a 5 month hiatus?

I read Mark Bray's Book "Antifa The Anti-Fascist Handbook to learn more.  I read Boiling Mad by Kate Zernike to better understand the Tea Party.  I'm currently reading Everything You Love Will Burn by Vegas Tenold.  I'm only on page 45 but the insights into Mathew's thought process are worth the price of admission.  The books are useful and I did learn a couple things while dabbling in higher-education (primarily that it's often dull & expensive) but I learned the most by attending a rather large neo-nazi rally.  Pro tip: should you ever want to find yourself in a potentially deadly situation, be like me (apparently I'm a godless race traitor) and have a heated debate about religion with a jack-booted swastika adorned Bible waving right-winger in the middle of nowhere surrounded by neo-nazis lol.  A pivotal moment in my life no doubt.  No I am not AFA or ARA but I do have members of my family whom are not "white."  They're kind of the greatest things that have ever existed so as you can imagine I won't be hunting any anti-fascists or anti-rascists.  In fact as long as they're effective at keeping the wolves at bay I won't ever have to hunt anything again.  But my family and it's associates and their associates are the line in the sand.  Seriously they're adorable and if you met them you'd understand.  Otherwise folks like me are the super-friendly guys at the range who'd happily give you boxes of ammo should you have forgotten yours or accidently grabbed the wrong caliber or lend you a pair of cans.  The kind of folks who will give you the shirts off our backs.

What an engaging conversation this has been.  I'm very proud of the Rendererotica community.  A place that sells items puritanical elements within our respective cultures would likely deem obscene proved to be more civil than Twitter or Facebook.  Surely this proves Rendererotica is worth investing in.  I wasn't planning on making another purchase, I don't even have enough money to give the Waste Management workers some cash this year, but I think it's the least I can do.  Thank you all.  You've been good sports.  Have a great holiday season & new year!  Now to find something to buy... something Mr Perkins would not approve of perhaps...

It was originally a pushback moniker for the admittedly easily and obnoxiously self-righteously offended over-the-top-political correctness that grew from college campuses in California, as that movement started out standing up for social causes, but often veered off into self-righteous tirades and online flame-wars, hence the moniker "social justice keyboard warrior," (the keyboard was dropped...) but now, ultimately, it's a slur against non-racist non-sexist liberals or anything diametrically opposed to the violent and hate-fueled far-right...

Yanno, it's funny but I put this render at my tumblr and they liked it fine as all I show is some boobs. Mostly.

And yet, the following is currently flagged for review at the other "R" site.

Guess they don't like labia, or maybe the pose is too much...

I reported some spamming piece of shit, but then thought that while I'm here....
Tumblr's new 'categories' are very easy to live with. I've put my blog and the very adult captions
back up. While it is watered down a bit, porn is very much alive again in Tumblr. I also
found that their replies to questions is world's better than that place that sells
content and provides the free program we (mostly) all use. They could learn
a lot about customer service from Tumblr.
