Some people are having issues with checkout and it seems to be one of two issues:

1: popups blocked and they have not yet set their "content rating" (main store page, near the top of the navbar on the left side of the page)  then click on the "Content Rating" button and select your desired rating

2: trying to use points as a partial or full payment, in that case remove points and add them back.

Those two fixes have been working for those who've reported similar issues as you

To be fair though, you've always been taken to 'another site' to check out, it was just an iframe for many years if memory is correct

As long as you are logged into CGbytes you should see it here on the main store page: https://www.cgbytes.com/store.aspx

If you've not yet selected a rating it should just say "Content Rating"  click it and select your rating
