Having issues on GP and Headlights for G9

I seems to be having issues on GP and Headlights for G9, there's this orange box on the geografts and the geografts doesn't align with body, seems to be cave in. I wasn't having any issue when I last login to DAZ about 2 months ago. Can I get some help pls?

It's difficult to guess... Some additional information about the version of DS, the character you are using and some screenshots would help... Thanks!
