Not to be melodramatic.. but. :)
I know there is some upheaval going on here. I take that into account. In the past, when I have submitted a ticket I would get a response, even if it is just to say 'message received' within twenty four hours. Three days ago I submitted a ticket and haven't heard anything. Is someone monitoring the support tickets? If so, did mine go through? If it didn't can someone test to see if any go through?
Thank you in advance,
NH

I can assure you not only did Tom Bodett 'Leave the lights on' (old Motel 6 commercial), but we are home, I'm pretty much here a good 12-16 hours a day, but I will admit I do not have ALL of the access to things I used to have just yet, I've been getting most mails forwarded to me so I can reply to them / approve posts in the meantime, but it looks like I'm not getting support tickets forwarded.
For right now if you could, go ahead and either DM me here or shoot an email to me at [email protected] and I'll do my best to help you with whatever issue you are having, I'll also toss a mail up to Aaron to make sure I get access to that section ASAP.

Thank you. I figured as much but didn't know what email to write to. Not sure who is who anymore :P

Early last month, during the staff transition, I sent both a site mail and an email to the store manager address, offering to help if the product testing queue was getting too long or backed up. I never received a reply, though to be fair, I have no idea who was actually monitoring that inbox at the time.
I've been here for exactly 10 years now, and this site truly feels like home to me. I'm hoping for the best and looking forward to seeing where things go from here.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been tied up today setting up my new home office, one more day and I should be back to being here almost non stop lol.
I MAY be wrong, but any email address NOT posted by myself or Aaron over the past month might have gone unread due to us possibly not having access to them, so I can't say for certain if anyone got your mail or messages.
I do know that we will be doing a call for testers in the near future so if you'd like to be contacted about that you can either reply here, Mail this name or pop an email to: [email protected] and I'll make sure someone contacts you.
