During the recent ownership transition, we discovered that Renderotique.com lost its high risk credit card processing some time ago. Unfortunately, this information was never passed along to the current team, and we only became aware of the issue after taking over operations.

As a result, checkout on Renderotique.com will be temporarily unavailable while we complete the application and auditing process required by new merchant service providers. During this process, some products or categories may need to be reviewed to ensure they meet current processor requirements.

For those unfamiliar with how this works, adult products, comics, and image sets require specialized "high risk" payment processing. Until new processing is in place, only products available through CGbytes will remain available for purchase.

At this time, we cannot provide an exact timeline for completion, as much of the process depends on the review and approval schedules of the processors themselves. What we can promise is that we will keep the community informed every step of the way and provide updates whenever new information becomes available.
