What is the nose hook that Davo used in EZ access pack 2 promo pic

I've always wanted a simple, clean nose hook product. The one that Davo used in his promo pic of EZ access pack 2 was the one I was always dreaming of, can anyone tell me what product it is? It is not contained in EZ access pack 2 tho.

That is a nose hook that I created a while back for personal use in renders. If there is interest I can probably add it to my TOYZ product line.
