Tried searching with no luck. Posted a short 640x640 video in the gallery and I’d was distorted when posted. What am I missing?

Ok, they got back to me and I have edited and posted my video. It works.
You need to adjust the video image aspect ratio to 16:9. I used Climpchamp to do this. Search on google for 'how to change the aspect ratio of a video on clipchamp' for an easy video tutorial/.
