the catalog is empty, did the database break or did something worse happen?
edit: it works if you select a catagory on the left, just a strange bug where the main catalog page is empty. Edited by user Friday, December 5, 2025 8:59:20 AM(UTC)

I'm not getting that bug. When I go to the catalog main page it's all there.

It's that hot new filtering option that was introduced recently. Happened to me and I don't know how the filter got applied, but I fixed it by the setting over on the left hand side of the catalog view where it tells you how many products are filtered out. There's an option to clear it or reset. Sorry can't remember the exact option as other problems were happening, but that worked for me.

The catalog preferences are now set to remember your last setting and retain it until you reset it with the Reset button in the left menu. Historically, there was no way to filter things out of the catalog that you didn't want to see unless you made that change every time you logged in. So now, you can set it similar to how you can set your preferences for the Gallery. Just remember that you may not be seeing everything that you want to see if you have the settings wrong.
