At the weekend I was playing around with Shape Splitter to create a morph to get GP 9 on the HH Scarlett character look better.
Somehow I screwed up DAZ 4.24, and GP9 is now loaded on every character at a slightly wrong position. Before my experiments, GP9 loaded perfectly on DAZ 4.24.
Even more strange, GP9 still positions correctly on a DAZ 4.23 Beta, which I kept for reference on my system.
Both DAZ versions share the same content directories, so maybe this is some version specific setting?
Here're screenshots of the wrong positioned GP9 and correctly positioned GP9 on a G9 with base feminine morph.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

What tool do you have selected? Tools like Geometry Editor, Mesh Grabber, and a few others break graft functionality while they are active. It basically removes the graft, and makes the underlying mesh that the graft hides normally become visible, so you have the graft and the mesh the graft automatically hides in the same space. The good news is fix is as simple as changing to a different tool that doesn't do anything to the graft functionality, like Node Selection. Sad part is the tools that break graft function make it hard to work on the grafts.

But since tools are persistent even if you shut down Daz Studio that tool will be active till you change it.

My guess is that Shape Splitter is yet another tool that messes with graft functionality while active.

Oh boy, thank you very much! The geometry editor was still active when loading the graft, as I used it to define a region for the shape splitter.
I just had to activate the universal tool, and everything is fine.
Many many thanks!
