Stereo Love material presets not showing in render

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. When I apply a color preset to the anus it shows in iray preview but not in iray render. I am pretty sure it is not lighting since it looks the same no matter what color I change it to. Please, anyone that can help, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Nevermind. Stupid me. I am doing a sauna scene so I I have Thunder 3D's ultimate moisture shell on. I just had to change the shell offset.
