Hi, when I try and put Golden Palace on Genesis 9 I get a huge silver box that covers the entire figure.
When I click on the Material MAT box, Daz says it doesn't load.
Golden Palace does show up in the Scene Tab, as if it did load, with the Shells.
Please advise.

If you are getting a large silver box, sounds like it's not finding the object/data file. When you installed the product, do you have customized directories?
