I don't very often complain about the store, but can I just say this ...
I am fed up to the back teeth with the new system of login timeouts after 24 hours and then being forced to play a game of Captcha Mosaics to log back in (Select all the squares that contain a trash can). OK, so you award points if someone logs back in .. sometimes ... maybe ... but what's that really about? I'd rather have no Captcha mosaic than the points and it can't be a good financial decision to do that anyway.

We certainly appreciate the feedback. We have had to try to tighten things up due to the increased proliferation of AI bots creating fake accounts to scrape our site with ir increase their own SEO with backlinks in their profiles. We are still looking for better methods of combating this, that hopefully, won't impact our actual members so much. Please be patient while we work at managing these new threats to our business and to your copyrighted materials.
