Looks to me like the MAT copy script isn't copying the shader information over. My guess is you're using PBRSkin based characters, and the MAT copy script is applying as Iray Uber. If it is the issue, just change the base shader on the graft to PBRSkin, keep in mind though if you see the Shell as Iray Uber you need to keep the shell that way, as PBRSkin doesn't contain opacity, which is needed for the nipple overlays on the shell.
Another issue you could be facing, is if you applied translucency to the skin, it doesn't always copy over the translucency with MAT copy scripts, so in this case you'll have to manually copy the figure torso surface to the Cream Queen Torso surface,
The photo i posted is basics genesis 8 and 8.1, that' is why I don't understand the behavior. Plus, it does the same effet on every model I have. All of these models are Iray Uber I'm not using PBR.

We can see it is better! but the arms doesn't work (little square near the armpits) and the bottom breasts are still weird color.
The very problem is when I'm using another character with different UVs. Here is the basics apply of the shell (two models identical)

Everything is copied from the original torso surface except the UV set. But even without the UV set (left), it doesn't work. I add the information that under the geoshell, the graft has the good color, but no nipples.
I really don't understand it.
