So I have been using RSSY Character and Material Conversion Genesis 8 to Genesis 9 Bundle to try and convert some characters from Genesis 8 to Genesis 9, Then I add Golden Palace G9, the texture doesn't get matted by the new gens so even if you move golden palace so it is visible, the texture map blocks the holes. I have tried the script on the main genesis 8 character and on the gen 8 skin on the character and it doesn't work either way. I also tried applying Golden Palace G8 before conversion, but that also didn't work.


I went the textures and i don't see a matte gfor genesis body to match Golden palace.


Does anyone have any idea how I can get this to work, or is this a dead end?

The goal is to have a G8 (if using old skin) or G9 (new skin) Body Mat with a compatible UV to GP9.

So depending on how the convertor works (where it applies grafts and their mats) and G8 to G9 Torso/Body UV, you may be able to...
A: - After conversion just check the GP9's Body UV map and change if needed.
B: - Copy an Unconverted Surface Torso/Body from a G8 then Paste to GP9 Body (If UVs are compatible, or adjustable)
C: - (If possible with the convertor) Save the new ungendered (no genital) converted G9 surface materials as a preset, to later load on a default G9 without any additional conversion grafts applied.
Then use this newly applied preset to Copy G9 Body Surface to GP9 Body surface.

The GP Mat Copy is mainly for the grafts base color values. The real effects are in the GP9 grafts fitting Shell, which has preset options for overlay.
