So I purchased some clothes from Rudy Studios, and after install they all show up as grey boxes, which means they are installed incorrectly. I have tried re-installing, but they were exactly where they were in the zip files. How do I figure out where the fikes should be? I purchased 7 clothes and none of them work.

Yes, you are right: this really sounds like a wrong installation (or more precisely: the "data" objects are not where the "People" pointers point to). But no need to panic: all products you buy here have been tested - i.e. if something was broken, you wouldn't find it in the store.

You write that the files are installed where they are in the .zip file. This would only apply in one case: if the .zip file has the original DAZ directory structure.

Extract the .zip into a temporary directory (e.g. you can simply use the name of the .zip file). As it is about clothes you should see at least 2 folders: "data" and "People". You will probably also see a "Runtime" folder and possibly a "Documentation" folder.

If you do not see these folders, but something else such as "My Library" or "Content", open these folders until you see directories as described above.

Copy ALL (!) folders ("data", "People", etc) and paste them either into your DAZ "My Library" folder or into your DAZ "My DAZ 3D Library" folder.

An easy way to find your "My Library" or "My DAZ 3D Library" folder:

Select the appropriate directory in the "Content Library" pane of the
DAZ 3D app. Right-click the choosen directory and select "Browse To Folder Location".
A new Explorer window opens in which the contents of the selected folder are displayed.

Switch to the temporary folder with the unzipped directories and copy all the folders
displayed. Now switch to the newly opened DAZ directory window and paste the copied
folders. That's it!

Hope this helps, Good luck!
