Got these last night and they will not load, they just load the low rez boxes as if the geometry is missing. I checked install path and the files are there in data. I have purchased other products from you so i am guessing its a studio issue. Can you point me in the right direction to check whats up

I've run into the same problem with SS34, SS54 and SS58 purchased yesterday. The UV dufs are corrupted, they're neither valid JSON nor compressed archives, so Daz fails to load them resulting in a bunch of grey boxes.

On DAZ Studio 4.22, same problems here:
Secret Style 57
Sexy Style 37
Sexy Style 40
Only grey boxes autofitting. No material zones.

working fine.

After my download links expired I did "Reset Download" on all of them and redownloaded. They work fine now.

Interesting, I had a similar issue with a product. I traced it down to a particular file and the verified the header was bad. Once I let my download expire and reset them it fixed the issue. I suspect a latent HW/SW issue on the part of fulfillment system, if as it appears, this is happening across multiple products. Anybody on the Renderotica support side following these threads?

We did have another issue about a week ago with a situation similar to this. A corrupt file, but only one file. We did a reset on the download and the new download worked fine. If anyone is still having issues with a corrupted download file, send a message through our Contact Us form and we'll reset your download for you, however this issue should be resolved by now, so it may only be from purchases made in the last couple of weeks and your download links should be expiring soon anyway. Let us know if you are still seeing this issue though. We aren't sure why it happened, but it is being investigated on our end to try to make sure it doesn't keep happening.
