Eehh ... it's still early in the morning and maybe I'm not quite awake yet - but I don't understand your post.
I only have two images (from movies) in my head now: "Body Snatchers" and "A Man Called Horse." Thank's for that ;-)
If you could be a bit more specific with your question - is it 2D or 3D, what exactly is supposed to happen to the skin and where can one look at examples - I might be able to help.
