Not that I can think of right off. With grafting technology the G3F gens would need rebuilt to work with G3M, and I don't think there was much of a push for trans characters until closer to when Daz released G8.1 and made the Anatomical Elements of both types available to either base figure, and sometime around the G8F/G8M timeframe (Though it might have been closer to 8.1 releases as well) Meipe started doing the Female specific grafts for G8M (Golden Palace G8M, and Storming the Palace G8M) so sadly by the time of the push for more trans options, the support for G3F/G3M had largely disappeared. Though there may be a few items out there if you can find some of the old props or conforming figures (before Daz Studio introduced grafts mainly, though there were a few products like TAB that stayed as prop/conforming figures) but most of the female gens were switching to or had switched to grafts post Genesis as grafts just work better for female genitalia than the old conforming/prop gens.(Since the grafts automatically hide the mesh under the graft, and they fit right up against, and often use the same UVs, it just makes them easier to work with)

But like I said the support for G3M/G3F had waned if not stopped completely by the time there was a community push for trans options. So other than asking Meipe to make Golden Palace for G3M, there aren't too many options, but keep in mind with the age of Genesis 3 most vendors have stopped supporting it, because as most users have moved on to Genesis8 or Genesis 9, there are less sales possible when they support legacy figures like Genesis 3.
