I have quite a library of items from Renderotica I always wonder if my items are updated and often redownload all my items. I was thinking would it be hard for Renderotica to make a software download manager like Daz DIM where we could sign in and see all our items and able to check to see if items have been updated. it would really help to see if items have been updated and such

So long as the email address on your account is active and is receiving emails from us, you will ALWAYS be notified when a product has been updated. It is simple for Daz to create a DIM software for Daz Studio because they own the software and the code to go with it. We just sell third-party add-ons that work in Daz Studio.  To ensure you always get notified of an update, make sure your email address is always valid.

I think the ability to set a search filter by update.... errr.... date, when we look at our download libraries, would solve the issue, without needing any special software. Might need programming though if that's not something kept in the database (update dates, that is).

Not sure if this is the answer to your concern but it may help - there is a tick box in Account Settings entitled "Yes, you have permission to send me announcements on product updates":
The default is unchecked by the looks.
I'm just here by mistake, for a friend, for science... anyway you can't prove nuffin'.

Thank you for that, I wonder if they did something recently to mass uncheck the box though, as I know I used to get update notifications, but it had been a while. Checked and sure enough the box was unchecked, as well as the sale notifications box, and last I knew I had both boxes checked. Though it now makes sense why I wasn't getting notifications.
