Balabolka... Its free...

Don't use the canned voices though... use the free online AI TTS engines under the 'tools' menu... Male & female voices.. export to multiple formats... Not bad at all. Check youtube for tutorials.

PS: make sure you double space between words... Applies to most TTS engines.
