Hi Lightblue,
I'm loading the suit the way you describe it in the text, but there is only scale, no x,y,z scale.
This makes it hard to fit the G8M figure before simulate.
Wonder if I'm missing something or if the product don't have separate x,y,z scale?
Thanks!

Hi,
That does not sound right. In your Parameters tab/General/Scale there must be Scale, X Scale, Y Scale, and Z Scale. The product must be selected in the Scene of course.
If you like you can write to my email, with some screenshots of your Parameters tab, so we can try to figure out what is happening there.

Sometimes those parameters can get hidden, generally Scale is there but the individual sub parameters don't show. If you have 'Show Hidden Properties' turned on you can see them but if you don't you can't. They can be turned on in the Parameters tab by clicking on the 'hamburger' icon top right and expanding Preferences and check marking 'Show Hidden Properties'.
May not be the issue but always a first check when discussing missing parameters. Edited by user Tuesday, June 28, 2022 6:55:41 AM(UTC)

I actually advised the same thing to flamerxxx in pm just last night. But it's good you wrote it here in case someone else encounters the same issue.
Still haven't heard back from him but I hope that solves the problem.
Cheers.
