Right, so judging from the translation it is a rather large prop which can either fit a "horse masturbator" or a stroker system or in this case a participant in it. Kinda like that contraption from "Malcom in the middle", when Francis is working for that Swedish rancher, collecting semen from bulls. My research indicates that it is called a phantom or dummy mare in real life. Basically it is an equine breeding station which some cheeky ninja has adapted as a torture device for VirtaMate.

Well the hand held thing is enticing, however...if I had to choose between that and the Lexus I'd go with the Lexus.

Well maybe there is a middle way...?
Could you come up with something that is usable as a medical/breeding device with a stroker device which can be exchanged for a slave? Something along the lines of veterinary clinic from hell. Caring for animals by day and tormenting sluts at night, sort a shop-in-shop?
I attempted to create a hand held with a fleshlight from the shop and added some primitives to it. I just don't know how to make it into a morphing prop:
