Vendors "should" have an email in their readme files to contact them directly.


If you don't own a vendors product and you want to ask a question about it before you buy, you can always post a question in the vendors "Product Support" forum, or use the private message feature on this site :)

Often the product promo will include a free file which is normally the readme which will usually have email contact info.
