You'll get better responses from artists at *deleted* and CGTrader for that kind of thing. They have artist gigs and hook ups there.

How many have Unreal expereince, probalby not many most are Max, Maya, Blender or Rhino, but you probably I'm guessing want a ZBrush guru. You may have to show how around on applying shader materials inside Unreal, it's not that hard.

If you want to create "only" a visual novel i would use the following asset:

It is based on Unity, but it offers a lot of useful options and is very well documented.

Well I'm not going to knock it, because it might be worth it even being one of the most expensive assets on that store....I would probalby write it myself...and yeah honestly why would one want to bear the overhead of Unreal when you could knock it out in Unity in a fraction of the time.
