I may be imagining this, but it seems like there are several new artists posting to the Gallery. That's a very good thing, IMO. It would be cool if the site could recognize new artists in some manner. Maybe a link to new artists, maybe recognize a new artist as the featured artist of the month or something else (???).

I agree! Maybe if there was a way to search by people with 10 pictures or less? Or a 'New Artist Spotlight'? I wouldn't recommend featured artist though. Only because when I was it felt like an insane amount of pressure to pump out art. Luckily I had a bunch in the bank to fall back on, but I'd worry it would lead to a lot of artist burnout.
Maybe as a community we can also reach out to new artists, welcome them here and support their new works!

That wouldn't necessarily bring up only new artists. I have less than ten images in the gallery, and I'm anything but new, LOL!
I agree, though...something to draw attention to new image posters would be pretty cool.
