Have you tried sending a note to the Artist. Might be your best shot. While we as a community might recognize it, it could also be a custom job, so only the Artist would have the textures.
My guess judging by the nipple/areola area is they might have used one of the nipple grafts out there in the piece as the area looks a little more detailed than the surrounding skin seems to be.
Anyway it is a nice looking texture, but if it is from a product available out there, I don't recognize it.
